School Social Worker-Long Term Substitute

Addison Central School DistrictSchool Social Worker-Long Term Substitute2025-2026Addison Central School District is seeking a full-time or part-time long term substitute social worker to provide direct services for students mental health through individual and small group mental health interventions as well as the coordination and delivery of school based mental health services. The period of service will be November 10, 2025 through February 20, 2026. This employee will also provide consultation for staff, support for families, and engage in district and school-based professional development to support the mental health of ACSD students. This position is a 9-12 grade level position.

The successful candidate must hold or be eligible for a Vermont teaching license with a Social Worker endorsement.The successful candidate will hold a masters level degree in mental health and demonstrate exceptional student support skills, as well as writing, speaking, and technology skills.
