Addison Central School District is seeking a compassionate, organized and resilient School Counselor or school social worker to join our Permeable Alternative Education Program for the 2026-2027 school year. Unlike traditional "separate" settings, our program is designed as a fluid classroom. You will support students as they transition between intensive alternative support and the general education environment.The candidatesmission is to provide a "bridge" for students who may be struggling with social-emotional hurdles, lagging SEL skills, or trauma, ensuring they have the tools to navigate both the specialized and mainstream middle school experience.
