The Literacy Instructional Specialist is responsible for supporting and enhancing high-quality, grade-level literacy instruction across classrooms in alignment with ACSDs curricular commitments and the Common Core State Standards. This role prioritizes ensuring that all students engage with complex, grade-level texts, develop strong analytical reading skills, and produce clear, evidence-based writing.The Instructional Specialist provides leadership, partnership, and guidance through co-planning, co-teaching, and coaching cycles.
