Production & Fulfillment Associate

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in doing things right, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever help is needed.

About the Role

This is a hands-on production and fulfillment position in a specialty coffee manufacturing environment.

No two days are exactly the same. One day you may be packaging roasted coffee, the next assisting with cold brew production, filling nitro kegs, preparing freeze-dried coffee products, shipping customer orders, or helping maintain our food-safe production facility.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, values cleanliness and organization, and likes being part of a small team where everyone's contribution matters.

What You'll Do

Production Support

* Package and label roasted coffee products
* Assist with cold brew production and keg filling
* Support freeze-dried coffee production and packaging
* Prepare materials and supplies for daily production
* Follow established production procedures and quality standards

Fulfillment & Shipping

* Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
* Prepare shipments using Shopify and shipping software
* Ensure products are packaged correctly and professionally
* Meet daily shipping deadlines

Cleaning & Food Safety

* Maintain a clean and organized production environment
* Wash kegs, production equipment, and work areas
* Follow sanitation and food safety procedures
* Assist with routine cleaning and facility upkeep

Inventory & Warehouse Support

* Receive and organize incoming deliveries
* Restock packaging materials and production supplies
* Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
* Help maintain an efficient warehouse workflow

Qualifications

Required

* Reliable attendance and punctuality
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow procedures consistently
* Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds
* Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift
* Basic computer skills
* Comfortable learning Shopify and shipping software
* Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Preferred

* Food production experience
* Restaurant, brewery, winery, or coffee industry experience
* Warehouse or fulfillment experience
* Forklift experience or willingness to learn

Compensation

* $20.00 per hour
