Coffee Production Team Member

Team members needed ASAP! (Must live in San Rafael area)

• Have you worked previously in warehouse operations, manufacturing, or order fulfillment?
• Are you adaptable and prefer a fast-paced environment?
• Do you have a passion, dedication, or interest in coffee?
• Would you enjoy being part of a fun, coffee loving team?

Any experience using an inventory system is also very helpful. A clean driving record is preferred for moving and filling our fleet of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Packages roasted coffee for shipment (direct to consumer, and enterprise customers)
• Ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
• Handle all product with care.
• Verify all orders are packaged in a timely manner to meet shipping deadlines
• Prepare product packaging and shipping cartons
• Keep warehouse clean and organized
• Monitor Cold Brew coffee production and packaging as needed
• Attend event around the bay area for coffee tastings

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• If you have any of these skills, that’s a plus:
• warehouse experience (shipping, receiving, manufacturing)
• experience with coffee purveying
• food or beverage experience
• ability to drive a forklift a major plus!
• Be able to operate a forklift
• CA Drivers License preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
