Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Design Assistant role based in Costa Mesa, CA.
As a Design Assistant you will be required to support design team with the basic responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Cad creation in Illustrator
- Sourcing imagery for mood boards
- Building color cards and ordering swatches
- Fabric and Trim development
- Style overviews
- Assembling all materials for design presentations
- Attend all fittings and take notes
- Design room organization
- Assist with managing 3D designs
- Etc. Etc.
We are looking for a hard working Design Assistant who thrives in a fast paced environment and is excited to grow in this role. Candidate needs to be very detail driven, organized and have strong communication skills. On a scale of 1-10 with illustrator skills, we are looking for someone with an 8 or above. Eager to interview candidates who meet the requirements.
