Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support daily operations, administrative management, and organizational coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient workflows, supporting leadership initiatives, and maintaining smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations and managing organizational resources
- Support the implementation of operational and strategic plans aligned with company goals
- Maintain and manage the school’s internal systems and Google Sheets
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Perform weekly and monthly bookkeeping support and assist in financial tracking and reporting
- Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Support Human Resources functions, including hiring coordination, onboarding, training, scheduling, and payroll administration
- Assist leadership with operational planning, reporting, and administrative initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts, or a related field
- Previous experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Monday – Wednesday & Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Summer)
- Thursday: Day Off
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
