What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Driver Recruiting Professional (Specialized Auto Hauling & Open-Deck) position at Adcock Brothers Inc?
Description
About Adcock Transport
Adcock Transport operates a premier, asset-based fleet of over 80 power units handling high-value, complex logistics—including Department of Defense (DoD) freight and specialized auto transportation. We don’t just move freight; we protect it. At Adcock, we pride ourselves on an operational culture that values efficiency, safety, and a "provider-first" mentality.
We aren't looking for a traditional "seat-filler." We need a strategic, relationship-first recruiter who understands that specialized driving isn't just about steering a wheel—it’s about securing complex loads, managing specialized equipment, and maintaining elite safety standards.
The Role
As a Driver Recruiter, you will be the face of Adcock Transport to the driver community. You will own the full talent acquisition lifecycle, building active pipelines of elite professional drivers for our Auto Hauling and Open-Deck (Flatbed/Step-Deck) divisions. This is a high-energy, results-driven role where your ability to proactively source passive talent and "sell" the Adcock brand will directly impact our fleet’s growth and safety record.
