PURPOSE OF POSITION
The purpose of this position is to prepare proposals, coordinate submittals, create graphics and perform marketing activities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proposal/Marketing
• Create, organize, research, and prepare submittals and presentations.
• Prepare marketing materials with corporate image and company guidelines.
• Responsible for web, intranet, and social media updates.
• Assures that the company’s project and resume information are accurate and updated for responding to teaming requests and RFQs/RFPs.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• A minimum of 2 years in marketing and/or communications. Experience with proposal and graphic design is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, or marketing with excellent proofing abilities.
• Experience or knowledge with InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
• An understanding of the AEC industry is preferred
