Project Coordinator - Bilingual

The Opportunity:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in Latin America to deliver projects according to plan. They will be an integral part of our team by being a great communicator, working effectively with others, and meeting meet scheduled task completion dates. This position would support multiple organizational stakeholders in exceeding customer expectations and meeting company-level goals and targets.  

You will make an impact by….

• Working with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution and manage customer deliverables.
• Leading collaboration between customers, operations, supply chain, and engineering to develop an overall project plan that best supports our customer expectations.
• Identify routine issues that may affect the planned results and make recommendations for resolution.
• Serving as the primary customer point of contact during post-contract award through to delivery. This includes answering questions and providing updates on delivery, and product questions while building strong working relationships for future business growth.
• Maintaining customer records and coordinating required documents, submittals, past dues, and delivery schedules.

 
The talent we want to inspire has...

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 or more years related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common product information such as blueprints/plan sets.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and initiatives of moderate complexity simultaneously.  
• Bilingual in Spanish 

This would be a plus but not a must!

• Experience with CRM systems; Database software; Internet software; Order Processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
