Production Manager
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Leading a team of approximately 50 employees through Team Leaders, you will drive operational excellence, employee development, and continuous improvement across multiple production areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations and deliver against production targets.
- Coach and develop Team Leaders and production teams.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Manage production KPIs, budgets, and resource planning.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams to optimize performance.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
- Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing and people leadership.
- Experience with ERP/MES systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
- Fluent English, Dutch and French.
