What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part time Bookkeeper position at ADB Homes?
We are looking for a Part Time-Bookkeeper. 10-16 hours per week. We are a small concrete company with about 12 employees. Must be able to work two days a week at our office in Ft Myers. Thursday is required for weekly payroll. Required Bookkeeping tasks include but are not limited to:
In house Payroll, AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, Preparing quarterly payroll returns, Weekly 941 EFTS payments, Yearly GL & WC Audit reports, Invoicing, and Generating financial reports. The successful applicant will have strong computer skills, be self-motivated, have great organizational skills, be detail-oriented, accurate, and able to multi-task, able to meet deadlines, manage your schedule, adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines, and business needs, enjoy being part of a small team and able to work independently. There will also be some clerical work such as filing. Will train on ISS software in use. Compensation depends on experience.
