Our residents are seniors who need a hand with everyday life. You'll be the person who makes their day better — the friendly face, the steady help, the one they trust. It's real work that means something.
Location: Adava Care Neenah — Neenah, WI
Pay: $18.00/hour and up based on experience and CBRF certification
Shifts: 1st (6am–2pm), 2nd (2pm–10pm), 3rd (10pm–6am)
Full-time or part-time — all shifts include every other weekend
What You'll Do
- Support residents with daily care (hygiene, dressing, eating, mobility, toileting)
- Administer medications
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
- Communicate clearly with staff, residents, and families
- Keep the building clean, safe, and within compliance standards

- CBRF certification preferred; training assistance available
