OAK CREEK and ST. FRANCIS 2nd AND 3rd SHIFT POSITIONS AVAILABLE NOW - **MUST BE FULLY CBRF CERTIFIED (ALL 4 COURSES COMPLETED AND ON THE REGISTRY)**!
Adava Care is opening a brand new assisted living building in St. Francis and we are hiring Caregivers and Medication Aides for all shifts. Positions are also available at our Oak Creek location.

Locations and Shifts
- St. Francis CBRF & MC Communities: 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am
- Oak Creek: 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am
Shift times are set as scheduled and are not adjustable. All schedules include every other weekend. PRN positions are NOT available at this time.
Pay
- Starting pay: $16.00/hour and up based on experience
- Annual raises: $0.50 to $0.75/hour based on attendance, & performance
- Wage cap: $18.00/hour
- At the cap? You receive an annual cost of living bonus, paid out over time
- 90 Day Retention Bonus available to employees in good standing
What You Will Do
- Support residents with daily care (hygiene, dressing, eating, mobility, toileting)
- Administer medications
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
- Communicate clearly with staff, residents, and families
- Keep the building clean, safe, and within compliance standards
What We Require
- CBRF certification may be REQUIRED
- Must pass a caregiver background check
- Strong attendance and professionalism
- Compassionate and reliable team player
