We believe in clear expectations, fair pay, and leadership that actually supports you.Activity Coordinator Pay & Raise PolicyStarting pay: $14.50/hourAnnual raises: Based on attendance, performance, and write-up historySchedule: Full-time, 30–40 hours/week, first shiftTravel: Position supports both our Oak Creek and St. Francis locationsActivity Coordinator Responsibilities:Implement and support Life Enrichment programming that promotes social, intellectual, spiritual, emotional, and physical wellnessAssess residents’ functional fitness and activity interests; design programming based on individualized needsLead, instruct, and supervise group and one-on-one exercise sessions, adapting movements to resident capabilitiesPlan, organize, and facilitate a variety of recreational, social, and spiritual activitiesCoordinate and utilize volunteers and in-house resources effectivelyCollaborate with local community groups and businesses to support events and programmingSet up, tear down, and clean up after activities and eventsPromote resident engagement and encourage participation in daily programsTrack resident progress, evaluate program effectiveness, and make adjustmentsMaintain detailed resident activity files (assessments, physician releases, attendance, workout logs, etc.)Observe and communicate resident status changes to appropriate team membersReview staff communication logs and maintain familiarity with resident recordsAssist with open houses and community eventsFollow all safety, administrative, and emergency proceduresPrevent loss and misuse of supplies and equipmentEnsure departmental staff meet expectations through supervision and ongoing trainingMaintain accurate records of activities conducted and resident participation for reporting purposes.Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities and maintain a safe environment for residents at all times.Activity Coordinator Requirements:Must enjoy working with seniors and understand their needsOne year of supervisory or management experience preferredOne year of experience working with seniors requiredBasic computer skillsValid driver’s license with a good driving recordStrong organizational, communication, and time-management skillsReliable, professional, and motivated to provide meaningful engagement to residentsBenefits;Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with 6% company matchPaid time off (PTO)Stable schedules and consistent support from leadershipPlease apply through this platform and refrain from contacting the facility directly.
