Duties
- Administer botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal filler injections with precision, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards
- Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations
- Maintain detailed documentation of treatments performed, including client records and treatment plans using salon or med spa software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and product recommendations to ensure optimal results
- Manage client appointments efficiently while providing exceptional guest services and fostering long-term relationships
- Uphold strict sanitation and infection control procedures throughout all procedures to ensure client safety
- Assist with product demos, retail sales, and upselling of skincare products and aesthetic treatments to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Skills
- Proven experience in cosmetic nursing or med spa settings with knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers
- Strong management skills for scheduling, client flow, and maintaining compliance with health regulations
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and provide outstanding customer service
- Strong understanding of sanitation standards and infection control practices in a clinical setting
