What You'll Do As An Apartment Leasing Manager

We're seeking a highly experienced, professional Leasing Manager with prior experience in a 55 community who can oversee leasing operations while supporting the daily functions of the community. In this role, you will:

• Lease apartments to maintain strong occupancy and contribute to revenue goals
• Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late notices
• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests
• Support managerial duties and help ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and documentation
• Prepare reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentation
• Assist in maintaining an active social media presence to increase visibility and generate traffic
• Support, coach, and help develop the Leasing Agent to strengthen leasing performance
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters
• Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community success
  
  

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you MUST have:

• Minimum 3 Year(s) previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience
• Prior experience in 55 Senior Community
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Maintains a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Communicates effectively with a diverse range of residents, including seniors
• Flexible schedule – some weekends are required
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
• Stable work history
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
  
  

Important: Candidates must live within a 15-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
