About the Role
We’re a growing Bay Area fencing company looking for an experienced Fence Builder / Crew Leader, as well as inexperienced crew members to deliver high-quality fence installations. This is a full-time, long-term position for someone who takes pride in their work and knows how to lead from the front.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a fence installation crew on residential and commercial projects
- Install custom high end steel and aluminum fences and gates
- Read plans, measure accurately, and ensure jobs are completed on schedule
- Maintain quality, safety, and professionalism on job sites
- Communicate clearly with management and customers
- Operate company truck and tools responsibly
Requirements for crew leader
- 3 years of hands-on fencing experience
- Previous crew lead or foreman experience required
- Strong knowledge of fence installation techniques and materials
- Ability to manage a crew and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Physically able to perform labor-intensive work
