Position Summary
The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and oversees compliance services from project initiation through completion. This role coordinates with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones, compliance requirements, and reporting deadlines are met while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related compliance matters.
- Lead project kickoff meetings and participate in recurring client meetings.
- Communicate project updates and proactively resolve issues.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from contract execution through project closeout.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and compliance activities.
- Monitor project progress and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Escalate complex issues to leadership when appropriate.
Compliance Oversight
- Review contractor participation forms and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with prevailing wage and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate responses to compliance inquiries and audit requests.
- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare quarterly project summaries and executive reports.
- Draft project closeout reports.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for audits and client records.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
