The Role
As a Clinical Director, you’ll lead and support a team of clinicians while maintaining a strong focus on quality care and clinical outcomes.
You’ll:
- Mentor and guide Program Managers and clinical staff
- Oversee treatment planning and clinical quality
- Support case development and problem-solving
- Ensure ethical, effective, and individualized care
- Collaborate with a team that values communication and support
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience supervising clinical staff
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Someone who values quality care, mentorship, and collaboration
Compensation & Benefits
- $60–$70/hour (based on experience)
