We are seeking Line Cooks to support rotating kitchen stations while preparing a Casual American and Bar Food menu. Reporting to the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, this role follows established recipes and helps deliver consistent, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and execute orders across rotating kitchen stations.
- Cook menu items using grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
- Set up and maintain assigned stations for efficient service.
- Follow established recipes, portion food accurately, and plate dishes consistently.
- Rotate inventory according to freshness and usage requirements.
- Maintain kitchen sanitation and adhere to food safety standards.
- Monitor food quality and temperature throughout preparation and service.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in line cooking.
- Knife skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
- Ability to follow recipes and control food temperatures.
- Proficiency with kitchen equipment and strong time-management skills.
- Teamwork and attention to detail.
