- Brazing joints and pressure-testing line sets
- Running sheet metal and flex ductwork
- Keeping communication with customers clear and professional
- Current EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license and a clean-enough record to be insurable
- Experience supervising or leading an install crew
- At least 4 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Solid working knowledge of ductwork sizing, insulation, and sealing
- Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance
