What You’ll Do
- Perform residential maintenance and repair work across our apartment communities
- Lead and complete unit turnovers and renovation projects
- Handle service requests including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building repairs
- Ensure all units, common areas, and systems are safe and fully functional
- Communicate clearly with residents, vendors, and management staff
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience required in residential or multifamily property maintenance
- Proven ability to manage maintenance projects independently
- Proficiency in general maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and repair work
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license required
