A well‑established plaintiff‑side employment law boutique in El Segundo is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 1-7 years of experience to join its growing practice. Qualifications

• 1-7 years of meaningful litigation experience, BIG PLUS for a focus on wage & hour class actions and/or PAGA
• Experience in California state and federal courts
• Proven ability to:
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Handle court appearances
  • Draft pleadings, motions, mediation briefs, and settlement agreements
• Strong client advocacy and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and support partners at a high level

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $120,000 - $220,000 (DOE)
• Annual raises
• Discretionary year‑end bonus

Desired Skills and Experience


CA BAR
1-7 years of meaningful litigation experience
Experience in California state and federal courts
