PI Attorney

Our client, a well‑established personal injury law firm, is seeking a Temp‑to‑Hire Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its Buckhead office. This is an in‑office position with meaningful trial work, offering a clear path to permanent placement for the right attorney.

• Handle all phases of personal injury litigation from pre‑suit through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses and experts
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials
• Work closely with partners and litigation staff on case strategy
• Manage an active caseload while meeting deadlines and performance expectations
  
  

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing
• 2 years of personal injury and/or civil litigation experience
• Trial or courtroom experience strongly preferred
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work full‑time in an in‑office Buckhead environment
  
  

• Temp‑to‑hire role with long‑term potential
• Compensation range of $95,000-$115,000, based on experience
• Exposure to trial work and complex personal injury matters
