Personal Injury Paralegal

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join a law firm in Bloomington, MN. This is a direct hire opportunity with an onsite work model.

The Paralegal's responsibilities include:

• Support attorneys in all phases of personal injury case management.
• Maintain organized case files, deadlines, and documentation.
• Draft and prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, and other case materials.
• Assist with client communication, scheduling, and updates throughout the case lifecycle.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties as needed.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously in a high‑volume environment.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of paralegal experience in personal injury or a closely related legal field.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in word processing and general office software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage competing priorities.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with flexibility and adaptability.
