Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Paralegal to join a growing company in the Southwest metro. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.
The Paralegal's responsibilities include:
- Provide general support across legal, regulatory, and administrative functions within the organization.
- Coordinate information, documentation, and records for various legal and business-related processes.
- Support contract, matter, and compliance activities by assisting with reviews, tracking, and follow‑up.
- Help manage recurring filings, renewals, and standard documentation tied to company operations.
- Assist with transactions and records related to company‑owned assets.
- Maintain and update legal templates, reference materials, and internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support department initiatives.
- Utilize technology, automation, and process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Perform additional legal operations and administrative support as needed.
- 2 years of experience in a legal support or paralegal role.
- Litigation experience is strongly preferred.
- Post‑secondary education or relevant certification preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with business systems, collaboration tools, and administrative workflows.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Comfort learning new tools and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
