A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced General Liability Associate Attorney to join its Nevada team. • Handle a diverse general liability defense caseload from inception through resolution.
• Manage litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Work independently while collaborating with a highly supportive legal team.
  
  

• Active Nevada Bar admission.
• Experience practicing in general liability, insurance defense, or related litigation matters.
• Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills.
• Ability to manage files independently and efficiently.
