Accountant

Our client is a leading luxury car dealership representing some of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands. They are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Accounting Graduate to join their dynamic finance team.Job SummaryAs an Accountant, you will support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and dealership transactions. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a high-performance, fast-paced retail environment, with exposure to luxury vehicle sales, service, and inventory management.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily financial transactions, including sales reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable.Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Reconcile bank statements and dealership accounts.Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with internal policies and industry regulations.Prepare reports for management, including sales performance, cash flow, and expense tracking.Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.Work collaboratively with the sales and service departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Identify process improvement opportunities and support system updates or implementations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (or dealership systems like Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK) is a plus.Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and organizational skills.High level of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.Passion for the automotive industry and an interest in luxury brands is advantageous.What We OfferComprehensive training and mentoring from experienced finance professionals.Career progression opportunities..Competitive salary and employee benefits package.A dynamic, collaborative, and professional working environment.
