A well-established community bank with approximately $150 million in assets and $110 million in loans is seeking an Executive Vice President as part of a planned leadership transition. This individual will initially join the organization as EVP and will move into the President role in the near future. The bank is looking for a seasoned community banker with a strong background in credit, operations, leadership, and lending. The ideal candidate will have experience in asset liability management and have participated in or led key bank committees. This position requires someone who understands community banking at its core – someone visible in the community and committed to fostering relationships with customers, staff, and local organizations. The bank maintains a healthy loan portfolio of $110 million, consisting of 39% agricultural and ag real estate, 39% 1 to 4 family, and the rest consumer and commercial.
