- Lead and manage a team of FPGA engineers, including goal setting, performance management, and professional development
- Drive project execution to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines and performance metrics
- Continuously improve FPGA development processes and best practices
- Develop cost estimates and project schedules for FPGA initiatives
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement FPGA-based solutions
- Support hiring, training, and career development of direct reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in FPGA/ASIC development and verification for embedded systems
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams and projects
- Strong understanding of FPGA/ASIC development and verification methodologies
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
