What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reporter position at Adams Communications Co?
The Glendive Ranger-Review is looking for a general assignment reporter to provide coverage for its print edition, digital platforms and social media channels.
The reporter’s primary focus will be covering a variety of events in Glendive and Terry, Montana, and the surrounding communities.
This position reports to the editor of the Glendive newspaper.
Essential skills and experience
· Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
· Experience with digital platforms and social media strategy are important.
· Community engagement experience – in person and on social networks, being a professional ambassador for the news organization in the community.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Photography skills preferred.
