Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour (hourly plus commission)

AMM Southern Wisconsin, one of the top-performing groups within Adams Publishing Group, is seeking a driven and motivated Multi-Media Recruitment & Advertising Account Executive for our Southern Wisconsin Region. This position may be based in our Watertown, Fort Atkinson, or Janesville office.

This is an inside sales position focused on helping local businesses grow through both recruitment advertising and multi-media marketing solutions. You will communicate with clients and prospects by phone and email to discuss how our print, digital, social, and recruitment products can help them attract employees, customers, and visibility in their communities.

You’ll represent a wide range of advertising solutions, including:

• Recruitment and hiring campaigns
• Digital advertising and social media products
• Print advertising and special sections
• Website and audience targeting solutions
• Community and niche publications

We provide full-service traditional and digital advertising resources, along with experienced leadership support and training to help you succeed. You’ll also work with an established book of business so you can begin building relationships and earning commission immediately.

The ideal candidate:

• Is comfortable making outbound calls and communicating by phone and email
• Enjoys building relationships and solving customer challenges
• Is proactive, organized, and goal-oriented
• Understands social media and digital marketing basics
• Has the drive to prospect, close sales, and grow accounts

Previous sales experience is preferred. Media sales or digital product knowledge is helpful, but not required — training will be provided.
