POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for independently performing a variety of complex duties relating to customer and electronic services, including Internet banking, telephone banking, mobile banking, Bill Pay, and deposit related customer questions. Responsible for processing transactions, resolving problems, and providing exceptional customer service.
Receives calls primarily focused on services and on providing support to current customers. Answers inquiries regarding bank products, services, or fees. Responds to customer inquiries using standard scripts, dialogues, or talking points.
