Job Summary
This position provides industry-recognized instruction and training in the Career Technical Training Center, leading to full-time jobs, higher education, or advanced training. The incumbent ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide students with training in Computer Technology leading to completion of program and certification
- Deliver quality career technical training that leads to student placement, providing students with job leads and monitors placement of all graduates
- Supervise and manage the student population, taking swift and appropriate action, positively influencing student behavior, showing respect and courtesy to students, and holding them accountable for their actions and behavior
- Develop and implement quality programs, assignments, and services for students, ensuring quality is maintained and student needs are met; pursue improvement and enhancement of programs and services
- Exchange ideas and information, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner, contributing meaningfully to group efforts by offering relevant ideas and knowledge; provide quality and timely information to DOL/Company when requested

Qualifications
- 1-year experience in teaching or relevant experience
- Certified CompTIA A
- Post-secondary degree preferred
