Dallas, TX | Full-Time | Rotating 12-Hour Shifts
Adamas Energy LLC, a privately owned Dallas-based energy company with operations in Wyoming, Texas, and Louisiana, is seeking an experienced Control Room Operator to support the safe and efficient operation of pipelines, compressor stations, well sites, and plant facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor pipeline pressures, production volumes, compressor units, and plant operations.
- Manage alarms, coordinate field callouts, and support emergency response activities.
- Work closely with Gas Scheduling and Field Operations to maximize system performance.
- Generate daily operational reports and participate in operations calls.
- Support troubleshooting of SCADA, communications, and control systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of gas control, pipeline operations, or related industry experience.
- Knowledge of gas measurement and gas hydraulics.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lease Operating or Operational Control Room experience.
- Experience with SCADA and Cygnet systems.
- Experience monitoring production, compressor, pipeline, and plant operations.
- Demonstrated ability to identify operational issues and drive continuous improvement.
