Adam Holtquist State Farm is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Insurance Sales Representative who is passionate about generating new business and achieving outstanding results. This role is designed for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, overcoming objections, and confidently asking for the sale.

Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)
- Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date
- Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of your start date
- Full licensing support, study resources, and onboarding assistance are provided
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers
- Conduct needs-based sales conversations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
- Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into written business
- Cross-sell multiple product lines to maximize customer value and agency growth
- Track activity, production, and sales goals
- Build long-term client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency and industry standards
