Adam Holtquist State Farm is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager who thrives in a sales-focused environment and is passionate about helping customers protect what matters most. Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)
- Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date
- Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of your start date
- Full licensing support, study resources, and onboarding assistance are provided
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships that drive retention, referrals, and agency growth
- Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to improve customer protection
- Quote, present, and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
- Generate new business through referrals, lead follow-up, networking, and relationship-building
- Follow up consistently on sales opportunities and customer inquiries
- Assist customers with coverage questions, policy updates, and account management needs
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and track sales activity
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency and insurance industry standards
