Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor with a full range of general dentistry procedures
- Maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere to ensure exceptional patient experiences
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and follow all infection-control protocols
- Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos
- Review treatment plans and help patients feel informed and comfortable
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting
- Support front office team members as needed to ensure smooth daily flow
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture where everyone helps each other succeed
Qualifications
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in California (or your state)
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and people skills—must enjoy interacting with patients
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, positive attitude and genuine desire to provide outstanding patient care
- Experience in general dentistry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
