About the New Talent Program
Our New Talent program is designed to provide the foundation, support and real-world experience needed to thrive in the beauty and wellness industry. We train you from cosmetology school graduation to a fully reserved stylist.
· 30-week New Talent blow dry and cutting academy
· Certifications along the way unlock services you perform on clients
· 3 block color certification path.

What You will Do:
· Refine your skills through the Adam Broderick New Talent Program to unlock client services you can perform
· Assist stylists with daily tasks and client services
· Greet clients and ensure they have a positive and Luxurious salon experience
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment
· Help with product inventory, stocking, and general salon upkeep
· Observe and learn advanced beauty techniques, styling, and customer service
What We Are Looking For:
· A passion for the beauty and wellness industry
· A team player with a positive and motivated mindset for career growth
· Currently enrolled in cosmetology School, recently graduated, or a Licensed professional.
· A friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
· A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
· Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
