2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Summary:

Supervises production team members in in a manufacturing and assembly environment while producing highly automated Printed Circuit Board Assembly. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicates work assignments to shift employees
• Implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. Assists and supports EBWE in continuously improve initiatives.
• Ensures effective employee relations by providing coaching and development. Resolves issues equitably and with integrity. 
• Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. 
• Manages shift performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports. 
• Champions culture of safety through demonstration of behavior and adherence to workplace standards. 
• Participate in Corrective Action process.
• Manage team member's time and attendance records as part of overall performance.  
• Determine, communicate and carry out necessary training of team members within designated shift.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/ Experience:

• 3-5 years progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing setting, Tier 1 automotive preferred.
• Business Management or equivalent preferred
• Experience with ERP systems - Plex preferred

• Strong leadership, communication (written, verbal, and electronic), and interpersonal skills
• Effective at conflict resolution and troubleshooting issues
• Able to multi-task and manage resources through effective prioritization
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
