- Drive HR Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of innovative HR programs, policies, and initiatives that support ACHD's mission and organizational goals.

- Champion Our People: Oversee recruitment, compensation, benefits, workers' compensation, and employee relations while fostering a positive, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
