Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler

Location:Bradenton, FL

Pay Rate:$16.75/hr.

Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Minimum Qualifications:

• MUST have previous assembly experience and spot welding experience.
• Previous manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills, excellent work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen
• Job Summary:
• Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join their manufacturing team. The Manufacturing Assembler is responsible for assembling ventilation products and components according to work instructions and quality standards. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing high-quality products. MUST have previous assembly experience and spot welding experience to qualify.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble ventilation units and related components according to specifications
• Read and follow assembly instructions, production drawings, and work orders
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently
• Perform quality inspections and functional testing on finished products
• Package completed products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
