Ad-Vance Talent Solutions is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Lakeland, FL.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and improvement of manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom production environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on production equipment.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Conduct equipment calibrations and maintain maintenance records.
- Assist with process improvements and manufacturing support activities.
- Follow all safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and production equipment repair.
- Packaging equipment experience preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment
- ISO 13485 temperature-controlled cleanroom.
- Production, warehouse, and office environments. Must follow all safety and cleanroom requirements.
