General Laborer – 1st Shift

Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift (5:00 AM – Until Production Completion)

Responsibilities
Perform general labor duties to support production operations
Load, unload, and move materials as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow instructions and work effectively with team members and supervisors
Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
Work in a hot environment while maintaining productivity
Requirements
Basic reading and math skills
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. repeatedly without assistance
Comfortable standing and walking for long periods
Ability to work in hot conditions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with electric pallet jacks and/or forklifts (not required)
