Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager – Land Development to support residential land development projects from planning through completion. The Assistant Project Manager – Land Development will assist with permitting, budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination while working closely with consultants, contractors, government agencies, and internal teams. Responsibilities:
- Assist with permitting and development projects across multiple communities
- Support project budgets, schedules, and feasibility analyses
- Review bids and proposals from consultants and contractors
- Monitor project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings
- Assist with entitlement, permitting, and regulatory processes
- Attend construction meetings and conduct job site visits
- Track project expenses and manage invoices
- Coordinate with HOA and Community Development District (CDD) stakeholders as needed
