Job Summary:
This position is responsible for processing vehicle titles using state DMV guidelines in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction.

This position is responsible for processing vehicle titles using state DMV guidelines in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Accurately process incoming titles daily from dealerships, banks and credit unions.
Answer customer inquiries or concerns in person, email, fax or telephone in a professional manner.
Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to tiles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
Maintains a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset customers.
Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
Assures all phone calls and inquiries have been answered by the close of the day.
Assist other departments as needed or assigned.
Experience & Education:
High school diploma or GED
1-2 years’ experience in titles, automotive industry, or related.
Knowledge & Skills:
Proven experience with Microsoft Office or GSuite
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving tactics
Detail orientation and time management
Titles/automotive experience preferred
Technical aptitude
Proven multitasking abilities
