What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-time CDL Driver-Class A position at ACV?

POSITION SUMMARY
Our CDL drivers make short and long-distance trips around the US delivering and picking up trucks, trailers, and cars as needed by the auction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Obeying and following applicable traffic laws
- Maintaining a detailed log of working hours in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Ensuring any mechanical issues with the vehicle are corrected before driving
- Maintaining trucks to DOT and Indiana Auto Auction standards
- The ability to climb up and down on your truck as necessary
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a valid Class A CDL license and have a current and valid DOT physical.

EXPERIENCE
Must have 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience, no exceptions are allowed in this policy.
