This internship offers hands-on experience in healthcare technology, IT systems, and support operations — all conducted remotely. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with integration monitoring and reconciliations
- Document updates, issues, and progress in Jira
- Support service desk operations and client coordination
- Participate in structured weekly training modules and assessments
- Perform daily system checks and basic troubleshooting Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
- You should have your own laptop and Reliable internet connection
