This leadership role involves supervising nursing and clinical staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, promoting quality improvement, and fostering a culture of collaboration and compassion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall direction and supervision of clinical services to ensure quality patient care.
- Manage and support nursing and clinical staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in case conferences, quality assurance, and performance improvement activities.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care.
- Review and approve clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain current knowledge of home health regulations, standards of practice, and clinical best practices.
- Provide leadership in accreditation and survey readiness.
- Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Licensure: Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.

- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive Home Health nursing management experience,.
- Strong understanding of CMS Conditions of Participation and home health regulatory standards.
